"get help" button in error message prevents the access to simple parameters

Description
if the user run a service but omit to specify a mandatory (or conditionally) parameter the button "get help" appear in the error message "this parameter is madatory" on the top of the form and at the parameter level.
if the parameter is not a databox (string , choice ,...) when the user try to fill the parameter the modal screen to send an email appear. if the user cancel the email, the message and button "get help" stay on interface.
it's no possible anymore fill the parameter. we must close the tab and reopen it again.
