Description

When multiple "similar" jobs are launched, Mobyle raises an error, but:
  • it only does so if the jobs are command-line based,
  • it applies this rule even to workflow subtasks, hence preventing any parallel jobs within the same workflow,
  • it does not control if "multiple workflow jobs" are launched.

fix with r3949 / r3950
if a job belong to a workflow it does not take in account when mobyle count similar job.
the workflow use job method to check similar job and honors the SIMULTANEOUS_JOBS configuration
